InSite is an internet based digital upload and approval platform.
Files can be forwarded smoothly and a recorded survey of the transmission activities is saved in a report file.
When a magazine has been processed in the prepress department, the result is available for verification online. The pages can be consulted in high resolution, you can zoom in and out, check colors and color composition, check measurements. By means of the ‘example’ function you can also leaf through the magazine and download certain pages if necessary.
Should there be any remarks, you can introduce them on the very page. An automatic e-mail is activated and forwarded to the prepress editors concerned.
